It is our opinion that our success in training people in verbal, physical and situational self defense throughout the world is the direct result of people saying good things about us.
We have competed against the large training organizations with their fancy brochures and elaborate proposals -- and we usually win because of the client testimonials we have received and can share. The reality is that word-of-mouth referrals are very powerful in the selection of a defense trainer.
Traditionally people who wanted to comment about our work either called or wrote a letter. But then, recently, we started using some new technology that let our clients share their comments online.
